If you are missing Flash Player since it got unpublished from the Google Play store last year, there are still archived versions of Flash Player available for download.
Adobe published a step by step guide how to install those. It’s definitely helpful if you need/want to install Flash Player, rather than trying to find an APK on some third party websites with all the potential security implications.
Flash Player won’t work on Chrome on Android, only in the older Android browser.
